The guiding principles of Kurtz Investigations Wuppertal are professionalism, discretion, and cost transparency. These principles are reflected in numerous notable clients, including domestic and international detective agencies, several DAX-listed companies, international firms, politicians, a major political party, former national football players, TV personalities, public institutions, educational establishments, insurance companies, law firms, and many others.
In the service provider ranking by Wirtschaftswoche, part of the Handelsblatt publishing group, the Kurtz Detective Agency was recognized as the third-best investigative service in all of Germany. With a score of 77.22, it was surpassed in all other 24 evaluated sectors by only five companies. This placed the agency eighth overall out of 236 tested providers, ahead of major companies such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, DHL, and many others.

Since 2016, Kurtz Detective Agency has been actively supporting the Neven Subotic Stiftung. Why this particular organisation? Because every donated cent reaches those in need. All administrative costs are personally covered by the founder, Neven Subotić. Large organisations such as UNICEF and SOS-Kinderdorf, for example, invest—according to figures from 2017—substantial sums in Google advertising. If you donate €20 and click on a Google advertisement for UNICEF, depending on the keyword this can easily cost UNICEF the full €20. Your donation may therefore end up with Google. This is a model we also know from the detective industry, which creates substantial advertising costs; for this reason we do not participate in such schemes. This refusal to use paid search advertising is one of the main reasons for our comparatively moderate fees within the industry.
The Neven Subotic Stiftung pursues a very different approach from many better-known aid organisations. We always try to support the foundation in this way, and that will not change in the future!
